You will be allocated to a key worker who will be there to support and empower you through your journey.
We understand anyone starting a new job or learning a new task can sometimes need extra help. We also understand that everyone has a skills gap when they start a new job, and we are able to work closely with individuals to bridge the gap.

There are many benefits that Enable brings to individuals. As well as our wealth of experience, we are able to adapt our approach to provide a flexible service to our jobseekers and the employers we work with.
What is the referral criteria for this service?
- Are you economically inactive?
- Are you not able to consider employment at the moment?
- Have you been unable to consider employment over the past month?
- Are you a single parent of a child under 3 and looking for work?
- Do you not feel well enough to consider your options?
- Are you currently claiming benefits and also receiving a Fit Note from your doctor?
- Are you a student and looking at your employment options?
