Brianna Howell - Quality Lead IPS Mental Health Team

Hello! I’m Brianna and I am the Quality Lead on the IPS Mental Health Team. My role involves working alongside our other IPS Seniors to help maintain a high-standard service, whilst mentoring our amazing team of Employment Specialists.  

I also manage our wonderful team of Experts by Experience. They play a pivotal role within Enable, providing insight from their lived experience with mental health and/or drug and alcohol use, which helps other staff to help our clients in the best possible way.  

I take a huge amount of pride in working for Enable. As someone with lived experience of mental health, it is so rewarding to be in a job where I can support clients with mental health-related barriers on a daily basis. It’s a pleasure to work for such a supportive and empowering organisation. 

Outside of work I am an avid gamer, cook and gig-goer. I love travelling and being by the sea when I can (there’s nothing more calming to me than being in the water!). I am also a Cat-Mum to my very fluffy cat named Rumi.
