Brianna Howell - Team Leader (IPS Homelessness)

Hello! I’m Brianna and I am the Team Leader for our IPS Homelessness project. My role involves leading our IPS Employment Specialists to support people faced with homelessness into paid employment. 

I have been with Enable since April 2022, during which time I have worked on our IPS Mental Health Team as an Employment Specialist, and supporting our other IPS Teams as a Quality Lead.   

I take a huge amount of pride in working for Enable. As someone with lived experience of mental health, it is so rewarding to be in a job where I can support clients with mental health-related barriers on a daily basis. It’s a pleasure to work for such a supportive and empowering organisation. 

Outside of work I am an avid video gamer, cook and gig-goer. I love travelling and being by the sea when I can (there’s nothing more calming to me than being in the water!). I am also a Cat-Mum to my very fluffy cat named Rumi.
