Charlotte Kelly - Senior Employment Officer Disabilities Team

I am Charlotte Kelly and I’m the Senior Employment Officer in the Disabilities Team. I have been with Enable for five years, starting as a Job Coach then as an Employment Officer and now the senior for the team, reporting to Natalie Hawkins. My background is in Human Resource Management and Learning & Development so I’ve always been a people person! 

My role encompasses work with Shropshire Councils Adult Social Care team, where the majority of our referrals for our clients are obtained. I work closely with education providers across the County who provide Supported Internships for young people aged 16 to 25 years. We also work on Shopshires first DFN Project Search programme based at Shrewsbury Hospital (SaTH). 

Spare time is precious with three kiddos, and it usually involves ferrying them around to football and other activities. I have a part time role at Theatre Severn which often means I can watch the audience watching a show... always a bonus when I love the show too! I like spending time with friends and family, cooking and binge-watching a good TV series!
