Charlotte Kelly - Trainee Manager

I’m Charlotte Kelly, a Trainee Manager at Enable, working across the Supported Internship, Job Coach and Experts by Experience Teams. I’m also currently getting my head around the world of IPS SMI Employment Support while supporting the team on a temporary honorarium and learning a lot along the way! I’m passionate about helping people with disabilities access meaningful opportunities, and I work closely with partners across education, health and social care to make that happen. With several years in supported employment and a strong background in people‑focused work, I bring plenty of enthusiasm, experience and a healthy dose of determination.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to three teenagers, which means my life involves a fair amount of taxi‑driving, side‑line cheering and attempting to be in three places at once. When I do manage to steal a quiet moment, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends and family, doing yoga or binge‑watching a TV series I absolutely didn’t mean to start at 10pm. Whether at home or at Enable, I try to bring warmth, humour and a supportive approach to everything I do.
