Leanne Morrissey - Partnership Manager, Connect To Work

I’m Leanne, a Partnership Manager at Enable, working closely with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to build and strengthen partnerships that support people into meaningful employment. I’ve worked at Enable since 2011 across a range of services, primarily within mental health, and I’m passionate about helping people reach their full potential despite the challenges and barriers they may face.

In my role, I work collaboratively with health, local authority and community partners across Shropshire and Telford to develop inclusive, accessible services that create positive employment pathways. I strongly believe that finding the right job can be life‑changing and plays a vital role in wellbeing and recovery.

During my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside with my two dogs.
