Leanne Morrissey - Senior Employment Advisor

I'm Leanne and I've worked for Enable since 2011 across various teams, I am now one of the team leads in our Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies service which covers Telford & Shropshire.  

My role has always been part of the mental health teams here at Enable, and I have a huge passion for supporting people to reach their full potential despite the challenges and barriers they may face. Finding the right employment really can be life changing.  

My current role involves supporting the team of employment advisors to deliver a high quality service to all those referred to our service and to compliment the support that the therapists provide. 

Maintaining my mental health and a healthy work life balance is important to me. I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside with my dogs Charlie & Bert. I'm a keen gardener and grow lots of vegetables. I also play netball and regularly attend park runs.
