Michelle Davies - Deputy Manager Enable

I am Michelle Davies and I am the Deputy Manager for Enable. I have worked in Adult Social Care for 15 years in various roles, I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and used to work in the North Shrewsbury Community Mental Health Team and had the opportunity to work alongside Enable making referrals. I have always been really impressed with Enable as a service and all of its successful outcomes and am really proud to now be part of the team.   

My role as deputy manager is to support Roshni with the general running of the service and future development of Enable along with the other managers and to over see some of our provision, including the Supported Employment Team, Refugee Employment Support Team, our EA in Talking Therapies Service and I oversee Enable’s marketing and social media content. 

In my spare time, I am a busy mum of 2 young children, I like to play netball, go swimming and spend time with friends and family.
