Mike Millard - Senior Key Worker

I am Mike, I have worked for Enable for 3 years and I am the Team Leader on the Ignite Programme, supporting people who are Economically Inactive to progress towards employment, training or to increase their interpersonal skills. 

I have worked in this sector on and off since I was 18 (so not very long), I have a passion for supporting people and love to be involved in this sector. I take immense pride in working for Enable, the work they do and support they offer is very much needed in today’s society. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and getting out in my little camper as much as I can to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Shropshire and Wales.
