Hello there! I've been with Enable since 2022. and have worked across five programmes catering to Mental Health, Neurodiversity, Substance Misuse, and Isolation. Now a Co-Lead on the Connect To Work Programme, alongside our excellent team of Employment Specialists, we provide bespoke and Client led support in partnership with Shropshire Based Community Support Organisations. 

I'm empathetic, with a sincere desire to ensure that those around me feel valued and integrated, I thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for working with others. With a background in Adult Social Care, Joinery, and Hospitality, I am adept at managing difficult situations, working with vulnerable people, and utilising crisis de-escalation techniques to reach positive outcomes.
