Sarah Harley - Senior Business Development Officer

I'm Sarah, the Senior Business Development Officer at Enable. My role is to support our leadership team looking for innovative ways to shape employment opportunities. This includes one of my passions, building training courses to shape inclusive workplaces. 

I have worked on other projects within Enable in my time with the company, and thoroughly enjoy helping others to hit their career goals.  

Prior to my work with Enable, I specialised in adult education and training with a view to helping people pivot their careers after periods of unemployment or seeking career progression. This included a wide sector of apprenticeships and distance learning programmes. Giving people the confidence to embrace big changes is still an integral part of what I do at Enable! 

Outside of work, I am a board game enthusiast and a really irritating winner. (When it happens!)
