Client Success Story: Jess
Jess came to Enable in September 2018. She was approaching the end of an apprenticeship when she referred herself for support to take her next step into employment. Jess had previous employment experience which included a work placement in an admin role at a nursery, a Nova Training customer service placement and a Nova Training admin apprenticeship.
Jess worked with her Enable Business Development Officer, Jane, to find a new job. Due to her experience, Jess was able to secure a job as a Customer Service Operative with ATG Ring and Ride. Jess brought many transferable skills into the job and learnt many new skills in her new role. She is progressing well and is growing in confidence.
Jess’s Job Coach, Sherie, said that she is doing extremely well in her new role – she had settled into the team well and she really embraces the work culture at ATG.
Jess had support from an Enable Job Coach for one month full time after which is was reduced over two months.

“Jess has been a pleasure to work with. She has been 100% committed to finding work and really deserves it.”
Jess’s Team leader has also been impressed with her skills and said: “She is better than me on computers, she should be really proud of herself.”
