Client Success Story: Sian
Sian is completing her Supported Internship at Measbrook Care Home. Sian has been working alongside Sarah and Shirley who have been fantastic at building Sian’s skills and experience in the role. Sian works closely with all of the teams and has a routine of jobs which is building her confidence with every shift.
Sian has been thriving in her new role with the support of her Job Coach, Jez. She is happy doing the busy tea run in the morning which has been a fantastic way for her to build relationships with the residents of Maesbrook who are all extremely happy to have such a vibrant and positive young person asking about their welfare.
Feedback from Shirley Dwyer has been that Sian is a lovely young student who is happy to help with absolutely any task we ask her to do;
“She is a bright and enthusiastic member of the team who is well liked by the team and the residents. We look forward to her continuing to develop under the guidance of the team and from her Job Coach Jeremy Yarnell Davies who has echoed how well Sian adapts to the various roles asked of her. He can see her growing in confidence and independence week by week.”
