I cannot fault the service and support I have received, which has been excellent.

Initially, I was encouraged to apply for a role I had not even considered before. The hours of work suited my availability, it was a temporary role from October to December 2020, and I was told that the employers could be flexible around working hours as they were an understanding and supportive employer. The role came with a possibility of future employment in the New Year.

We completed a Better Off Calculation which motivated me to see the financial benefits of working. Even on the day of the interview, when I was worried about attending I was encouraged to attend by compliments and recognition of my previous achievements and transferable skills by my Adviser, which gave me the confidence I needed to attend. The rest is history, following a break in employment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned on May of this year and have been offered a permanent contract, which I signed in June.

Employment has changed my life completely. For the first time in a long time I am able to buy my children’s school uniforms for September 2021, as I am now becoming financially independent.

My confidence and motivation are at an all-time high, by being given the opportunity to try something that I would never of considered to do before has resulted in a permanent contract being offered by my employers. I am grateful to them for and has life changing benefits for me and my family.
