How to get referred to our service?
Once you have completed an assessment with Talking Therapies (previously known as IAPT) and been accepted for treatment, you will be eligible for our employment support. Please speak with your therapist and request an employment referral.

You will be assigned an Employment Advisor who will aim to contact you within 2 working days to book a meeting at a time and location that is convenient to you. We can offer phone, video call and face to face to face support.

Will this service affect the benefits I am receiving?
We are aware this can be a concern when considering employment and our employment advisors can signpost you to access benefits advice to ensure you are better off in work.

Is there a time limit to the employment support?
We aim to offer your employment support whilst you are being supported by a therapist or waiting for treatment. When you’re talking therapies treatment has ended, there are other employment services available which we can signpost you to, should you need further assistance.
