Kian is on a supported internship with Shrewsbury College. He attends college two days a week completing an employability course and Enable supported him in finding this placement at the prison. The placement gives Kian the opportunity to gain some practical work experience to build on his existing skills and learn new things to help prepare him for employment.
Kian was supported by an Enable job coach to start with, but soon gained the confidence to work independently.
