Success Story Update: Chloe
Supported Internships
Chloe began her second internship placement at Little Rascals in February 2018 and is making excellent progress.
She now travels independently by bus to a shop near to the nursery, where she is met by an Enable Job Coach who walks with her to work. Little Rascals were able to adjust Chloe’s working hours to allow her to get the bus on time.
Chloe has settled in well at Little Rascals and is enjoying her placement. She works well as a team member and has now began her induction training where she is learning how to use the hot and cold drinks machines and how to check the play areas for safety.
Chloe uses her initiative to ask for new tasks ensuring she is always kept busy.
Due to her positive progress, Job coaches have now been able to withdraw support for a while during the day.
