Top tips for tackling stress

In the chaos of today’s world, everyone faces stress on a daily basis, some on different levels. Whether it is from marriage, family, friends work or at home – most people have discovered their own methods of dealing with it.

For Time to Talk Day, we asked people what their favourite way of relaxing after a stressful day is. Here are the responses we received:
