Client Success Story: Ben

Ben has now had his 3^rd review and Tracey and Hazel met to discuss his progress.  Feedback was very positive with all of the staff saying how helpful he is and what a good work ethic he has.  Ben has been working in Bakery, Dairy, Jams and Pickles and the shop floor.

Ben loves working with the team, he gets on well with everyone and has learnt a lot of skills.  Feedback from the Bakery team was glowing.

Ben also had very good reports from Dairy, Jams and Pickles and the Coffee team.   The Shop Floor team were also really impressed at how quickly he stacked the food on the shelves.  Ben worked unsupported over the summer and really proved himself to be a dependable team member.

For his birthday, Hazel put together a Ludlow Food Hamper and the Coffee and Jams and Pickles team clubbed together to buy him a lego book and some sweets from Mollys Sweet shop (Ben’s favourite sweets) for his birthday.  Ben loves working at Ludlow Food Centre and has fitted into the team really well.  Ludlow Food Centre are a  great example of a supportive inclusive employer.
