“Sainsburys have worked with Enable to identify, place and fully support an autistic colleague into the workplace. By working with the same common purpose we now have a colleague in the store who is a joy to work with, gives sense of purpose to other colleagues who support him and delights customers who see him at work.Enable provided the advice, coaching and one to one support to ensure that success is achieved both for the  individual and the business.”
