Our team is passionate about delivering a highly personalised service. We are here to help you develop the skills that allow you to make the right decisions that enable you take control of your future.

What We Offer

Get Support (Employment Advisor)

A dedicated advisor will work with you to talk, listen, and understand your circumstances and your goals. Together you will agree on a plan for preparing to go into work.

Within designated appointments, we can work alongside you to do live job searching and applications, while also putting you in contact with other help that may be out there.

Get Informed (Skills Training)

You will be given the opportunity to access relevant training that will develop new skills, as well as refresh others. This could include specific skills for a particular job or even relevant work-related qualifications.

Feeling Empowered

Working together we try to overcome any barriers you may have, such as a health condition or providing individual support with things like anxiety. We will directly help you apply for jobs that will suit you and your circumstances. We will upskill you to refresh and customise your CV, and develop interview skills.

Find Employment (Employer Engagement)

Your advisor works alongside Enable’s fantastic Employer Engagement Team who will provide you access to a wide range of local vacancies that are not advertised through usual channels. You will play an active role in this process, and we will only recommend jobs that suit your interests and goals.
